Beyond Bigger Bucks is the developer of Bigger Bucks. They are a team of business leaders, consultants and learning facilitators. For 25 years, they have developed and delivered business acumen training programs for leaders, managers and teams from enterprises across different industries.
The mission is to provide training programs that help everyone to improve their business acumen.
Bigger Bucks: The Power of Business Simulation, is the product of the accumulated effort and experience of the team. It engages participants in active learning in the first hour of the training program.
Bigger Bucks uses active learning method to engage participants to achieve maximum learning outcome. The goal is for participants to apply what they learn to deliver business result right after the training.

Business Consultant and Learning Facilitator
Simon is a seasoned businessman with over 30 years experience in sales, business development, channel management, product management and educational services managment in IT, Telecom and Test Equipment at Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, he has led several highly-motivated key account and product teams to drive significant business growth and profitability.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Simon served as a Global Account Director for Hewlett-Packard, where he was accountable for global revenue and P/L of the full portfolio of HP products and solutions. Before this, he was Director of Business Development for a global account at Oracle. He has been the General Manager at Global Knowledge Training and a part-time lecturer at the Hong Kong Management Association.
Today, as a consultant and learning facilitator, Simon works with teams and managers from enterprises across different industries to improve business results by providing learning solutions in areas such as business acumen, digital transformation, ICT business innovation, digital leadership development and key account management.
